Return Policy

Returns – EasyTravel Co.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Return Conditions:

  • The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging in its delivered condition.

  • Only normal handling is acceptable — any damage due to improper or careless use is not eligible.

  • For items where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

  • If the product was defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately.

  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs on returned orders.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If approved, you'll receive confirmation within that time.

Please note: EasyTravel Co. reserves the right to refuse returns if we determine the items have been used, worn, or damaged.


Return Costs

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping typically starts at $40.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as EasyTravel Co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Return Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Pantyhose

  • Certain personal or healthcare products


Important Note

Returning products is at your own risk. EasyTravel Co. is not liable for any packages that are lost, delayed, or held by customs during the return process.
