  • General Terms and Conditions: These terms that apply to your agreement with EasyTravel Co.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the EasyTravel Co. website by consumers in the UK.

Before completing a distance contract, these terms will be made available. If this is not possible, a link will be provided to download or view them online.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • Offers with conditions or limited validity will be clearly stated.

  • All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

  • Product descriptions are accurate to our best knowledge. Images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly.

  • Prices include UK VAT unless stated otherwise but exclude international customs duties.

Article 5 – The Agreement

An agreement is formed once the consumer completes the order and receives confirmation from EasyTravel Co.

We use secure systems for data transmission and payment.

Article 6 – Right to Cancel

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 30 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason. The return must be notified via email and the product returned in its original condition within another 30 days.

Article 7 – Costs of Cancellation

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or return shipment proof.

Article 8 – Exclusions from Cancellation

Cancellation does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Unsealed hygiene-related items

  • Perishable goods

Article 9 – Pricing

  • Prices remain fixed during a promotion.

  • UK VAT is included. International customers are responsible for local duties and taxes.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

All products must comply with the contract and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Defective products reported within 30 days are eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.

Article 11 – Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 30 days unless otherwise stated. If delayed, we will notify you and provide options, including cancellation and refund.

Article 12 – Duration and Termination

Subscriptions or ongoing services can be cancelled anytime after the minimum period, with one month's notice. We do not auto-renew without consent.

Article 13 – Payment

All payments are processed securely via your selected method at checkout.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Article 15 – Liability

EasyTravel Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

All website content is the property of EasyTravel Co. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Article 17 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
